Unit of Study (USE) Timeline Semester 2, 2014

WEEK 1

Associate Deans Learning and Teaching facilitate the planning of the current year's survey in their faculty.
  1. Decide which units of study will be surveyed and when in semester the surveying will occur.
  2. Decide who in the faculty will be responsible for the bulk ordering process.
  3. Decide who (ie. Associaite Dean Learning and Teaching) will receive Summary Statistical Report.
  4. Disseminate information about the decisions relating to the faculty USE process & system to colleagues
  5. Collect information needed for the bulk order template (ie. UoS names, codes, coords, emails etc)
