	This unit of study is designed to enable educators, with the support of a mentor, to document and engage in critical reflection on a particular focus of their recent professional practice in which they have facilitated Optional professional workplace learning of colleagues. A key concern is the indispensible role of mentor colleagues to professional workplace learning. Candidates will undertake to submit an extensive professional learning portfolio a significant component of which provides evidence of ways in which they have supported colleagues and/or neophytes in their professional growth.
