Case Studies
This page allows you to search for case studies which showcase the five attributes in action, with best practice examples of teaching and learning from across all disciplines. The University of Sydney has identified three overarching graduate attributes - Scholarship, Lifelong Learning, and Global Citizenship - and 5 combinations of clusters of more specific attributes - Research and Inquiry; Information Literacy; Personal and Intellectual Autonomy; Ethical, Social and Professional Understanding; and Communication. You can submit a case study by going to this page.
To search: Use the search boxes above for a detailed search. This takes you to a new page with your results. For a simple search, click on the attribute you want in the triangle below. This brings up a list of all case studies for that attribute. In both cases, click on the name of the case study to view the whole document.
There are a range of foundation skills programs offered by Faculties and University Centres such as the Library and the Learning Centre. These support students in developing the skills upon which the development of the Universities Generic Graduate Attributes are based.
